So the back story as best as I can say. This year I got roped into a writing assignment I thought I'd be able to avoid, but for various reasons I couldn't. And it's a very grating, upsetting assignment.. even if the person I'm doing it for really likes my work. (It's really small comfort, because I hate doing it.) Thus, I'm swearing up and down that I will not, WILL NOT do it again.

But I'm starting to weaken on that issue... for stupid and purely sentimental reasons. And I kept writing myself notes about how I CAN NOT do this again, because this is just so awful and doesn't even pay very much. Yet I continue to vacillate, so I finally decided I was going to draw this to make sure I stick to my guns. So here. And sorry to be so vague.

Oh, and anyone who knows who James Finlayson is without Googling it gets my eternal respect.
