So I guess he was really inspired by Tyki from there. Anyway this is my Fallen Angel guy who is also Ceres' main enemy (her Master) in the comic I want to keep working on. I really like his wings :D
He doesn't walk around looking like that, he mostly takes the form of a very dashing human man. She's never seen his true form.
