i blam this on my hard addiction to Disgaea 1 and 2
with 3 well on the way to the PS3 ( fuckin awsome!!!!!)

but yeah Akira is a Lv, 9999 Overlord of the Ninja's
with ever Legendary weapon master to Lv100
and gives power to all Ninja's (uincluding naruto )
and has the abillity to travle to other world, dimentions, and spectral planes

he's even gets challanged by other overlords and beats them and make them cry home to their mama's
