I don't want to call him precious that comes off as condensing but good lord it is adorably awkward.

Nero/Vicktor in this story really is an onion character. For the most part he is rather..delightful. I don't wanna say fruity because he's fairly manly but he's not afraid to say whatever is on his mind even if it is ridiculous. But at the same time he can be a force to be reckoned with going from delightfully blunt and outrageous to a cold blooded killer with the flick of the proverbial switch.
Taking up two chairs, that are groaning from the weight, reading COSMO of all things, and wearing pink shoes....he's so freakin adorable.
