Welcome to today's SOTD! I found out the thing about ASIO. What I hear during recording isn't what I hear in the final product. When I record, the recording track sounds really loud while you can barely hear the music in the background while in the finished product, both are at (relatively) normal volumes so while I can see if I made errors or tripped while singing, I can't know if the volume will be right in the final recording so I'll either need to experiment with decibel settings for a few days or go back to WaveOut, which is of lesser quality but more convenient to use.
