A shiny vee this time! ^_^
More anatomy practice with a different pose.
Testing the upright position on vees, it took a couple of tries to get it looking halfway decent, the lack of references made it more difficult but I think the body looks okay, I do like how the head turned out though. As always, I'm welcome to critique, please don't be afraid for sounding harsh! ^_^

Well, even though it's a beautiful drawing along with very nice selection of color, expression and pose it does need some work on the body. (In my opinion, he body is a chu's body >_< )
...oh, and the ears need to be more rabbit-like (thinner)
But honestly, all that good points said opaque the bad points.
Anyways, it's worth faving.
A suggestion, you could have made the shining really sparkle by a little two frame animation.
Again, it's perfect as it is now.

Actually, in my opinion, there is nothing wrong with the ears being bigger than in the official style. As an artist you can have some freedom, tho there is nothing wrong with trying to make it look just like original (imitating well can be pretty amazing too). ^^
The head looks really nice to me, but I'm afraid but I have to agree that you should still work a little with his body: Front paws are ok, but the rest doesn't look like it belongs to Eevee. ^^' You could try drawing the "legs" like those of a dog or a cat instead of using chu-body, expecially if you wanted to try and learn new things. It might look better if they were a little longer too (if you think him running on four feet) so that his tummy won't be too near to the ground.
I hope my critique helps at least a little. ^^'
The world needs more shiny-pics~ :3
