Are the blue bands supposed to be synonymous with what would normally be muscle (as best I know of anatomy anyway)?

Fantastic to see you draw an android! Usually you just do the more obvious robots, but this one came out really well and proves that you can do much more elaborate "robotic reveal" concepts. :D
