Hmm, I only played WoW for like 30 minutes but I think trolls are only supposed to have like two fingers.

2 fingers, tusks, and no tail. But this isn't a WoW troll. Mev is techically a half troll, mutated from a normal human by an "essence of troll" potion gone wrong.
