Here we have Mr. Dragon is a much different setting. The world broken down to it's very core, devastation and destruction around every corner. Money and power rule now more than ever as salvagers and prospectors scuffle to scrounge up whatever is left of the world. But among those who have the money and those who need it there is a line. A new kind of need rose with this new world, people needing others silenced or removed at a cost. That's where they come in. The guns for hire, mercenaries, contract killers, those that don't care what the job is as long as the price is fair. There are many different types, some nice and others ruthless, then there's The Gentleman's Bullet.

He's known mostly for his suit that he's always in, most find it amazing that amidst all the grim and dust kicking up he keeps it so pressed and clean, despite a few tattered edges and tears. He's always seen with his rifle and most believe it's the only gun he owns. He's a very friendly man if you get to know him but when on a job he's much more focused. He's a sniper at heart and does not desire to get up close and personal. He's hired when silence and stealth are key. Here you see him checking his watch for the time. A caravan is coming by soon and his employer stressed that the hit must be done while it is in motion.
