This will be my first of three uploads regarding my new characters who are to be featured in an upcoming series of stories.

I'm not much of a writer, but I do enjoy doing it and hope that I'm able to forge something that a few people out there can say they enjoyed.

As the title dictates, the male snow leopard is Sielys, a well-gifted scholar and fighter who sought more than his quaint mountain life.

Name: Sielys

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Birth Place: Kylig Mountains

Personality: Astute, adamant, innovative, inspiring, calm.

Fighting Abilities: Sielys, unlike his companions, isn't as fond of fighting, that isn't to say he can't though. Observing, deducing and resolving with words generally proves itself to be more of a challenge, thus catches the feline's eye. Hell, any two brutes with a problem can settle it in a matter of seconds with a fist fight, but what fun is that? Standing the highest on the maturity ladder among his friends, he constantly finds himself in almost parent-like position, one that he still thinks he shouldn't have to be in. Alas, without his help the two canine's would've been lost or dead by now, even if they wouldn't admit it, they needed him. Then again, the two weren't all that bad, they'd helped him out a few times in the past when he too was in trouble.

History: Born and raised on the freezing Kylig Mountains, he quickly became adapted to such temperatures as did the rest of his tribe. Like most villages and towns, they were strict in regards to who they let in. With that said, other than an orphaned child the village leader adopted, their village was exclusively of their own bloodline of snow leopards. The pact had a strict hierarchy, one that was generally forced onto the children of those in higher positions. For example, Sielys' father was head of the scouting division of our quaint army, although looking back we weren't very fierce except for a few skilled mage's. Alas, his father excelled at two things, tactics and magic, both of which his son had been expected to Master as well, and from the age of five had been sunk into rigorous training to do so. Like most in this position, the children usually paled in comparision to their parent's and would be kicked out by another up and coming individual. Sielys, among a few others, excelled greatly, surpassing their predecessor's with ease. That alone guaranteed him a place in the village, as well as a safe, and comfortable life, excluding any fights. But, unlike the other villagers who were content with living out their life in such a remote place, building an army just to be on the defensive, well, it annoyed Sielys. The thought that they were settling for something easy annoyed him immensely and on his sixteenth birthday drove him to leaving the safe walls, without anyone's consent, and making his own path through the world. Having no currency within their walls, or knowledge of outside occurences, he was lost to an extent. With nothing but an outdated map and his outfit, he set out with a determined attitude and the will to achieve greatness.
