My fresh tattoo. Ill take better less deformed pictures once its healed, but wraps around my art so its a bit hard to show. The head looks a little odd at the angle shown, but MEH.
This is the start of my sleeve that will be all prehistoric aquatic animals.
The creature is called a diplocaulus, and is one of my favorite animals from my childhood. Although long extinct, my artist used modern day amphibians as a reference.

really? hmm, you must not have any tattoos :P Tattoos, at least ones that are good and done clean, are not cheap. http://www.quick-break.net/c/2012/1....._evidence.jpeg
I have two tattoos. I have a tribal dragon on my right arm and a paw print on my left calf. I also plan on getting some runes down my left arm when I get a day off. But I get mine done in a tribal style. I have a hippie friend who uses sewing needles wrapped in thread held in a porcupine quill. It hurts like hell and take forever but I really like the personality of them. You can see every dot from the needles. I had a picture of it in my scraps, but I thing I deleted it when I switched accounts.
And believe me, I know tattoos are expensive! But completely worth it in my mind. I just have a hard time coughing up the dough for anything. Let alone hundreds for a tattoo. When I win the lottery there are some tattoos I have wanted since I was a kid.. but would run me upwards of a few thousand dollars! :p
Nice one Tojo. It does look a lot like modern-day hellbenders and other giant salamanders. Only real difference is the shape of the skull. Kudos to the tattoo artist for capturing it so well. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped.....Hellbender.jpg
so i should mention that these little guys are a thing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dugesia
