i assume this is prisma marker and prisma pencil but what did you use to get the white? Or was that just blank?

Yep, you're right on the first two, and the hilight is just a tiny bit of white gouache paint on a super tiny brush =)

yeah, i've been experimenting quite a bit with markers and pencil, I like how I can get a really nice fur effect by puting several layers of different pencil over a maker base. It's too easy at times. My second guess for the white would have been acrylic ink.
