I like checking to see what new dragon art has been posted, and I saw this this morning. It's rare to see someone attempt a background, so that's really nice to see. The dragon looks quite nice, lovely shading you have there. I especially love that fact/the horns. It's a really nice picture, and really nice shading, as I said. :)
