I drew a canine-esque Raikou earlier this year so I thought that it might be an interesting experience to draw Raikou a bit more feline this time, particularly in the face.

Raikou's bent-up tail always gives me major issue so I sleeked it out. I figure it works well with how I drew the stache at least ahahahahaha
