<LoL!> Perhaps this is a "Deleted Scene" from the episode Look Before You Sleep?
I'm sure Rarity would've been all smiles while, quite literally, making Apple Jack look like a baby doll. :)
Whatever inspired you to do this, I think it is fun! And, as noted above, I think it adds to what could've happened in Look Before You Sleep.
Bonus points for having so much fun just putting on so many cute accessories. Makes me have to wonder if, while doing it, you just kept thinking on what else you could do until, at last, you ran out of ideas. Seems like it was a lot of fun to draw.
