Thank you! When you want to give a character a "pulse" like that, yeah you basically redraw it at least 2 more times so there's 3 frames total in a loop. You would adjust the lines a little so it's not the same strokes as the frame before it. And once you watch it in loop you'll be able to see if one area is moving more wildly than the rest of it or not enough, then you can simply go back and redraw that one spot on the frame that needs fixing.
It's pretty simple and way faster to complete. XD
