That's a nasty arrow-head there! I heard of arrows, that were called "Gutpuller-arrow". The head was backwardly barbed, designed to be shot inside a person's/monster's stomach, so it was impossible to be pulled/pushed out without eviscerating the soft parts and ripping out big chunks of flesh and skin along with it. It was easier to break down the arrow's body,and seek professional help, to remove the arrow as safely as possible...Without the aid of a doctor, it was impossible to remove those arrows without causing serious bleeding wounds. Those Gutpuller-arrows were used by evil characters, who aimed to cause a lot of damage, and a lot of pain...
