palming, planting, and surprise draws are the key things our resident rogue uses it for. My one foray beyond cleric/inquisitor, the thri-kreen swashbuckler that prestiged into master thrower and assassin was a touch OP because of it.

Most anything related to master thrower gets broken pretty quickly.
The first thing we will do when the utopian playland is created is rebalance all of 3.5's splat.

My first DnD character was a rogue with something like +32 to hide and move silently and +30 to sleight of hand.

This pic makes just as much sense as looting entire rooms full of people without anyone noticing I was there ^.=.^

Is it sad that, when I saw Slight of Hand, my first thought was the perk from CoD that makes you reload faster?

Then when I saw the Thumbnail I thought of pickpocketing from Skyrim.

The very last thing that came to mind was a DnD reference right as I started reading the discription. xD

They are usually penalties associated with trying to use SoH on bigger objects (like that plate he dropped), but of course there are also feats and prestige classes out there to reduce such penalties.
