Contest entry for *ASinglePetal over on dA. These are Knight Fisher and Swift Star!
Title is supposed to be a mix of their names, hehe.

okokok, let me explain. My mom asked me to make cards for my cousins for Christmas with My Little Pony characters...I've never drawn MLP before, so I thought I should practice so the cards don't look like trash...and what better way to practice then join a contest~
I reffed like mad off some screen caps from the show I found on google. This was actually super fun, though. Very relaxing, nice to try a different style for once.

And I guess it's time I had a pony oc, right. Ha. I originally avoided ever having one because I can't draw horses or hair, and that's all I got from what I saw of the show.
But anyways, this is Knight Fisher. c: Her name is a mash of my best friend's and my name. It just seemed to fit so I kept it.
Her cutie mark is a -knight's- shield with a king -fisher- in it holding onto an eighth note *since we both dedicated a huge part of our life to music*. I didn't want to go with something I had seen elsewhere or that looked super clichéd, so there you go.
