This is a hardlined concept just to make sure I'm on the right track with the design.

Once I shook off the "OMG I want to take him home with me nao~" I started thinking his tail could stand to have the sides rounded off and the wings made larger... but the more I look at it the more I think you chose right with those features...

Well, I like him the way he is for sure, but he's your character.
I wasn't sure if you wanted a kitty nose or a beak nose so I just went with what felt right... I tried to blend the two as best as I could.
Who knows.
