That's the scene, when Nagare was left by his Ex boyfriednd and Exassistant Kijin. Kijin met his love of his life, and decided to live with him, and not with Nagare. Nagare was terribly down. He sat down at his desk in the foyer of his palace, waiting for Kijin to come back, undtil Riku found him there three weeks later, totally ravenous, because he hadn't eaten much in this time.

In his hand, he hold the letter, in which Kijin wrote him in braille, that he will leave him, for being together with his love of life...
