The guy was smokeing something good and didnt share thats for sure! LOL! I don't think I will end up keeping him I do have space for him here now and when he is an adult. I know I will not just give him up to anyone there is a guy I know very well that owns a reptile zoo that he could go to if it comes down to it he is the only guy this guy would go to just cuz I know he knows how to handle them and I could go see him when ever I want.
I would have to talk to my boyfriend to see if I could keep him maybe I will say I wont get that HUGE bird eater if I can keep him lol! (he is scared of spiders) But the upside to this guy is he is in great health! I do plane to have him looked at by my vet just to make sure all is good.

Yes its legal to own them in my town I just think he orderd something an got this guy. I don't know for sure and I can't say they make "good" pets this is the first time I ever really "had" one they are more like.. a looking kind of pet I guess lol need alot of space and all that wonderfull ness lol but by all means if you know you can care for em and look after em till the day he or she dies then dont let me stop you just make sure you do ALOT!! Of reading up on them befor lol and ya maybe move into a house or someplace with alot of space xD

That would be sweet! yeah.. I have seen some horrorible things doing reptile rescues... I take in the odd ones here an there still but not what I usto I have to rebild cages befor being able to take anything big on.

If I don't theres a reptile guy I know that he would be givein too I will NOT post any ads bout him looking for a home or anything like that. I dont wanna lison to peoples bullshit lies just so they can get em an see em try to ripe a live mouse or something apart just to have em scared of the animal an have em eatin alive by the mouse or rat then get a phone call to come get him... Lose my temper and end up punching the person out MANY times till someone pulled me off em lol I do not take that kinda stuff lightly... Not by any means.. And this little guy wont go anywhere I know cant handle him or make him happy.

Ahah, well, if for whatever reason those two options don't work out, I was going to suggest the FaunaClassifieds forums. They're dominated by experienced, responsible keepers, and you could always ask for proof that they know what they're doing (ask to see photos of the setup and whatnot). There's even a section of the site dedicated specifically to crocodilians, I believe. But, hopefully it won't come to that.
