So guess what? These will be the new adopts I was hinting at in my raffle journal a few days ago! They are called Sidus Dei (Latin for Star God), the adults are referred to as Stella Decemuir and the juvenile form is referred to as Stella Quaesitor, and I've been solidifying their species for a few years now, since high school actually~THIS ONLY A ROUGH DRAFT, they'll be a lot different in the end!
While you wait for my first batch of them, here's a lil bit of info on them for the time being:
This species is alien in origin, they are born in space, and they never live on a planet, they are always moving through space, and often don't stay in one particular galaxie. Their eyes are like marbles, in the sense that their eyes are one solid colour all the way around, which can make it rather difficult to tell what direction they are looking in. Their eyes shine a lot like a star does, which also means that their gaze is rather like that of a flashlight. Sidus Dei feed on black holes, which is a large source of energy, so they don't need to eat all too often. Stella Decemuir do not give birth to live young, they only lay eggs, and rarely produce more than two offspring! Stella Decemuir combine their Life Stars together to create offspring, where the female will absorb their newly formed Life Star to form a fertilized egg inside of her.Stella Decemuir care for their young for about 10 months to teach them how to survive and create stars, along with teach them about the significance of finding their Life Star. Once their offspring are hatched, they become unstable for about a year, and then revert back into Stella Quaesitor, and restart their Life Star journey.
Stella Quaesitor spend their life creating stars to find their one and only Life Star, which they need to continue living and mature into their adult form, the Stella Decemuir, and scatter the ones they create along their search across the galaxies. Basically, they are why we have stars and black holes, they're why our universe is so sparkly! Along with creating stars, they also search through the stars created by others, so they are also the reason behind the stars that disappear. A Stella Quaesitor's appearance isn't different at all between either gender, though they vary greatly once they've matured into Stella Decemuir. If a Stella Quaesitor lives out it's life span without finding its Life Star it will die off in a violent display and become a black hole, thus why they are responsible for black holes, as well! Once one finds their one true Life Star, they bond with it and mature into a Stella Decemuir, and their life span is basically reset and linked to the Life Star's life span.
Stella Decemuir spend their life tending to, obsessing over, and bonding with their Life Star. How long they and their star will live depends entirely on how well they bond with their Life Star, and especially how well they take care of it. Male Stella Decemuir have some very distinct features all revolved around attracting a mate, They have glowing tendrils coming off of the tips of their ears, along with brightly glowing skin, a very long and silky tail, and thick sleek eyebrows. They also have Heterochomic eyes to gain further attention for attracting a mate. Female Stella Decemuir on the other hand, have different features that revolve solely around caring for their young, they have rather large rears and hips, ears, and tails, along with a lot of long fur on those same features, all for helping keep their eggs warm and keeping their young comfortable and warm as they grow. The females also have sabertooth like fangs to pierce their own skin to feed their young, because while their young are still developing, they need their mother's blood to survive, due to the species not having milk producing capabilities.Sidus Dei / Stella Decemuir / Stella Quaesitor species and art © Preudmora / Amber Marie Young 09/09/2013

OP
My hand got really tired after the first two taking forever, so the Seeker looks really off, so I'll probably alter them a bit before solidifying the base. I'm glad you like them though~! ; U;
