The twin have been very close, from having the same hair cut, same diet, similar favorite forms (horse and crocodile), and similar superhero alter-egos. Maylene has the same abilities as her twin brother, but she takes value in buffing more than striking or defense. Her healing sucks. May figured if she has skin as tough as mountains and the strength to send one flying, she wouldn't really need anything, and it worked for her when it counts. She does lose some because of it, as they all take time, energy, and power to apply, with negative side effects. Of course that's what her power skills did originally.

Trapped on the island with her husband Ray Barrons as well, she does want to help her brother on the exploration, but she never did much fighting on the island, so she declined and thus initially doesn't join the party.

To make the exploration on O'Dale easier, Trip consumes Trip to create a void within his belly to store a seemingly infinite amount of items, by eating them whole. It also allows him to draw, launch, and use items and weapons on the fly, as long as his mouth remains open during the process. In addition to this, Trip is specialized for relentless assaults through creating brief doppelgangers, giving Trip the ability to preform most of his normal actions up to 3 times. Due to Trip's size, Trip can only make two copies of its host's actions. Issues about having Trip inside Trip includes making Trip's gut bloat out more than it already is, gives off an eerie black aura around his gut and sometimes his shadow, and puts Trip at risk of having every single item in his gut to rematerialize should Trip's power is sealed but thanks to his new found nigh invincibility, he won't be ripped to shreds. Most of the time this will incapacitate him.
