The monstrous mixture of both Minotaur and Gnoll was created to destroy anyone who tries to enter his master's keep. Chorizo suffers from a curse. Not long after he escaped his master's control he took up adventuring for money. His new freedom took a turn when he came across the ring that is now permanently attached to his body. The cursed ring forces Chorizo to take many different shapes and adjusts his personality to fit them. That means the boisterous, masculine, and bull-headed monster may find himself as a meek and submissive female version of himself but other forms are equally likely to happen. It is not known what triggers the ring, his transformations can activate randomly off his own emotions or even off those around him.

Chorizo is a fighter and a bit of a meat-head but he means will even if he is a bit gruff.
