This was at Grand Cayman I believe. It was a wreck dive called "Oro Verde" basically a ship caught smuggling herb and sunk by the authorities. Somebody threw a bunch of bikes in around the wreck, they rusted really fast so they didn't really pedal well, but the wheels still rolled and you could get it going and "ride" the bike underwater.
