This is the Romarian Snoot Engineer, they learn their craft at the prodigious guild of Harmonious Applied Partnership Initiative or H.A.P.I for short. Here they learn a specialized form of Earth Magic called "Architectural Magic" which allows them to create structure quickly from stone, metal or other materials at hand to set-up quick fabricated structures. When a building is condemned, re-built or request of a new structure to be build in Romarian provinces it goes through H.A.P.I. As they send several engineers to assist with the process, along with Architectural Magic, these snoots are adept in the use of a emerging technology called "Samsonite Technology". It resembles somewhat like steam technology but functions far more efficiently and yields greater power output. The technology runs on a recently discovered mineral that Romarian alchemists call "Samsonite" it appears as crystal formations of varying size, the crystal are translucent and glow with warm somewhat bright yellow. Though the process to refine Samsonite is long and tedious, if the mixture is not correct it creates Forsakenium, a highly unstable and explosive substance that glows a sickly purple. When exposed to oxygen it reacts violently in a large explosion that can take a small village. The snoot have one of their arms replaced with a recent Samsonite-tech innovation called "Romarian Army Hand" which they can switch out their hand for various tools when they should need them such as; a clamp, a hammer, a saw, a drill, and more. This runs on a small core of Samsonite to sustain the arm, the fuel lasts for about a week. If need be, Snoot Engineer will aid in combat with their snoot brothers. By constructing walls around their base, summoning Samsonite Nodes, mine nearby resources to allow their team to upgrade their weapons and armor. A Samsonite Node is a magically summoned tower to assist the Snoot Engineer in the field, it appears as a large samsonite crystal with smaller shards orbiting it. When a enemy is within its range, it fires a sweeping beam of samsonite energy. As it fires it sounds like a french-man's laugh and when it hits a enemy it snorts lol. Oh-hoh-hoh-hoh-snoot-hoh-hoh. xD Snoot Engineers also use their samsonite tech arm to throw a ally into battle to rejoin the effort more quickly, this works and has leads to comical effect.
