"You are just so freaking awesome! I could hang out with you and never get sick of you... oh, hold that thought, I need to finish punching you senseless!"
The Sikkboyz are a full four-member team (from an originally nine-member gang) that, through means both fair and foul, earned themselves a ticket into the PokeCombat Academy to finish their education as well as expose them to high-end battling talent. The faculty of Everstone Preparatory School, the 'halfway house' of capable but wayward pokemorphs, hadn't banked on the four refusing to integrate, even going so far as to wearing the Everstone shield as a badge of honor. While one of their members would be considered the jester, he's anything but comical.
Louis Hopper had a nice life, a good family, and a decent upbringing. He just couldn't stop *doing*. No amount of medication, no amount of counseling, no amount of punishment could stop the little Croagunk from turning everything upside down whenever the mood struck him. Eventually, his parents tried one last resort; at the advice of friends, they enrolled Lou into a sanctioned Junior League.
It was like tossing a match in a room full of blasting powder. He took to the sport with reckless abandon, and was everyone's friend and enemy at the same time; he'd alternate between friendly and feisty at the drop of *any* hat, and the only time he really seemed focused was when he was fighting. This did intrigue his parents, but they knew a normal school couldn't contain him, so Louis was trotted off to Everstone Prep.
It didn't take long before Louis realized that, as his body matured and he evolved shortly after entering the school, that he not only loved being strong and dangerous... but he loved keeping people off balance. That understanding allowed him to grasp his seemingly-chaotic behavior and use it at a tool to keep everyone around him wary, even allies -- especially the Sikkboyz, once he was inducted. His reputation as "Wild Lou" grew, and his talents were enough that he ended up on the team 'loaned' to the PCA.
Lou was once unable to really contain the tornado of desire and emotion that he once was -- now he can, but he hasn't exactly stopped *looking* like chaos in slick skin. It's all a game to him, and the few people that see through it and realize that he's just having a blast at everyone's expense end up with an exceedingly loyal, if wild friend.
As a fighter, Lou makes good use of his erratic nature, having created his own 'non-style' that looks so haphazard and inefficient that most opponents would brush him off as pathetic... which is exactly what he wants. Everything is calculated, thought-out and executed with the appearance of chaotic lashing-out, but somehow finds a way to hit, startle and disorient his opponent enough to let him finish the job. All the while, he grins and chuckles -- after all, it's all a game to him.
