Foam and balaclava based lioness head originally started around August of last year. Had it all sewn together when I cam across the perfect fur for her and ended up resewing the entire face. Mowhawk is actually brushed out yarn wefts so it's very soft. Could not find the proper color in kanekelon wefts so I went with this method... n a way faster, in other ways not. omg. There;s about 130 individual wefts in the hawk and bangs alone. Static jaw, fleece tongue, resin teeth. Glass blue custom taxidermy eyes from Tohickon. Nose is hand sculpted, mouth markings based off of a lioness pelt here in the workroom. Her ears are set up to take piercings later at some point if the owner desires.
