The Good:

The Scale pattern looks to be well done

The Tattoo glows look right to me

Legs and tail look about right

Concentration and mental effort can be seen

The background

Them fish are still alive.

The Not-So-Good:

That enormous flap of loose scales by where the right arm connects to the body

The fingers on the right hand really look off - the tiny thumb and far too long Ring and Pinky fingers

Is it even possible for the abdomen to twist THAT much off the waist!?!

You're right... the abdomen/waist CAN NOT turn/twist this way.
This reminds me of He-Man action figures... they got a spring inside the turnable waist.
XD But it's not possible, indeed.

Also, right lower arm is way too short.

Background is likable, though. Pretty nice.
