This is Zyxs! A character I one day thought up. 
naetholix helped sketch the idea out, and 
keedot made this wonderful commission!
I really love how this turned out, too. => The colors are so wonderful, and I love how she got all his weird spiky scales right. Even his general demeanor seems just spot on!
The story behind this guy is that he is a trader of sorts. Offering up trinkets and desires for a price that you might discuss later, but he promises it will be such a trivial thing, you'll have no problem paying. I should point out that when I say 'he', its just for convenience. He doesnt really have a gender to speak of!
He's a demonish naga thing, and really physically weak. To the point of malnourishment. He makes up for that with his devilish trades, of course!
He might offer you some shiny trinket that you've wanted forever, in exchange simply for a few years off the end of your life. Those years suck anyway, why not give them away for something you want now?
