This is a very good description of you being in a situation that happened earlier this year to me.

My oldest brother had collapsed after taking a diet monster energy drink with a sleeping pill, this was the 2nd time he did this and it really freaked me out as well as his fiance who was at my parent's house when this happened.

I pulled out my cellphone to contact my parents who were at my 2nd brother's house and told them to get back home pronto while informing them what had happened.

My mom told me to call 911 after calling her and followed the instructions she gave me before making the call, I said a few prayers for strength and courage after making the call and then being transferred to over the ambulance crew.

Then the house phone rang and I was now switching between the EMT dispatcher and my mom which was very hecktic on me but I kept total control as I tried to make the right decisions to help my brother out. We decided to have an ambulance crew come to check him out, I ran outside after I saw the ambulance van coming to the house and had to keep Millie our outdoor dog from going after the EMTS and sheriff's deputy (I think it was the deputy). I told the deputy or sheriff my brother's name and he was upstairs as well as where to go inside while I held onto Millie and praying for everything to be okay.

Several minutes later my dad's car came up the drive way and I went over to them, as I helped my mom up to the house in the wheelchair my adrenaline made me push her a little fast and almost shed tears but I held them back. My mom told me that everything was alright and that God was in total control, this helped me out a lot with the stress, anxiety, fear and worry.

Ahhh Roxy... My prayers are with you, hun. You're a beautiful woman and a beautiful person. :) Don't ever forget how special you are.

Such a hauntingly beautiful picture. The scene that comes to mind is performing CPR on a dying loved one. The pure desperation and sadness in her eyes and on her face combined with the darkness and vagueness of the background really makes this pic stand out more.

This is a beautiful expression, Roxy... I've had dreams like this where I'm holding onto dear life for someone, yet they slip away...weirdly enough, I never see the person that slips away, them being obscured in the shadows of my mind.

Perhaps it's of someone that I desperately need in my life...I don't know. I don't mean to get all emo on ya though, sorry. ^^;
