I felt my self inspired to draw a black character (African american for you PC people) but I wanted to give her spiky hair. The coloring on her clothes was just some temp thing, it makes her a bit like the woman from RE5, i don't know her name cuz i don't play those games. I like the overall look of her design but that dosnt mean i cant fine tune it before i make her official.
