A little too green with the front-row items, they should be more yellow. But other than that...

On the one hand, I REALLY love that perspective, KINDA reminds me of MC Escher for some reason with the way you coloured it.

On the other hand, that fucking eel from Mario 64 I swear to god he has a star on his tail that cockteasing bitch

Could have been a whole lot worse. Imagine if it had been a giant, trap-door spider underwater that has to be coaxed out. Just so you can get inside it's hole and grab the star.

That eel is one of my favorite parts of Mario 64. Such a great moment <3.

It is awesome when in a Mario game you encounter greater natural creatures, not even TRYING to attack you or even associated with Bowser. They're just creatures of their own little world, swimming obliviously of the chaos and disorder going on around them. To him, you're just a strange little man who keeps bothering him and wants his shinies, like an inquisitive little fish.
