Opening his eyes the alarm in front of Silence reads out 6:00am. "Ugh... This early again? I'm so tired."
Knocks on Silence's door "Hey, Silence. It's time to go to work now. Have you just woken up?"

"Yes I'm up" it was Randy's day off and he was so cute when he was cuddling Silence so he Silence let him sleep in. walking to a closet and pulling out a black harness and a pair of tight black jeans Silence put them on as he looked him self over in the mirror. Stepping out into the hall Silence looks at you. "So what do you think? To much or not enough?"
"Nope. Its perfect on you. Just one more slight thing you need fixing." Candy grabs onto Silence's tie and adjusts it to make it look perfect. "There. Much better, don't you think so? Better not be too tight, I hope."

"It's fine, just hope I'm not yelled at again for "not having my cute ass out with the customers" you know what I mean?"
Candy nods. "If they yell at you again. Then our boss is just a pain in the neck. I can't believe he always yells at you, but he just doesnt understand us.. Right?

"Exactly, I'd like to see him try and do this for one day. Ha bet he would lose us all the return customers we need to keep this gig"

"No, Silence. We're not going to be doing anything stupid. We have to go." Candy looks at the peaceful Randy who is sleeping then back at Silence.

"Ok, Silence? We dont want to put your family in danger, you don't want to put Randy in danger either"
"I know, it's just one of those things that makes you laugh in spite of yourself you know?" Silence looks at randy once more and blows him a kiss as warm memory's of snuggles past flood into Silences mind. "Oh I forgot to check yesterday after work but what's the job lined up for today?"

"We have to deliver some packages to a person in the woods. Just some lumberjack who needs a filing report from our stupid boss who "Accidentally" damaged that persons property. He's just an absolute waste of time." Candy shakes his head in disappointment "We get this job done, the we can go back to Randy. It'll be fast. I promise, Silence"

"Fast? Fast? With are boss nothing is ever fast, or easy, and everything is a waste of time. But lets just get this done." Opening the door for you Silence looks out at the dark sky. With no sunlight to speak of the only light Silences eyes view is the snow's beautiful yet oddly unsettling reflection of the moons beams.

Candy flattens his pink lined and purple ears and walks out the door feeling ashamed. "Ok, lets go then.
"Sorry I didn't mean to yell at you it's just this job gets on my nerves." Closing the door softly as not to wake his friend Silence joins you on the porch ready for another long day of work.
"So.. Who's driving this time..? Me or you?" Candy asked Silence.
Silence looks at candy and yawns. "Could you drive I think a few more moments of rest would do me good. Ill grab a cup of coffee before we head out of the office and drive us to the guys cabin. Ok?"
"Sure thing, Silence." Candy walks to the car and opens the door for Silence and holds out his arm to be a gentlefur and let Silence get in the car first. "After you, sleepyhead."

"Hehe thanks candy" getting in Silence grabs a mostly empty bottle of some sports drink or other and downs what remains within in two gulps. Leaning on his seat belt Silence closes his eyes and passes out.
Candy gets in the drivers seat, turning on the ignition of the car and putting his foot on the brake to change the neutral to reverse, Candy backs the car out of the driveway and stopping the it on the road. Putting his foot down on the brake again, Candy puts the gear into drive and takes off to work.
Silence wakes up as you pull up to a stop sign some where in town and looks around. "Ugh guess were not at work yet? oh well guess ill just stay up we're getting close."

Candy looks at Silence and nods. "I suppose we're closed to work. I think I might have gone the--- No we're at the right place. It's just over there." Candy points to the large pink and green building just across from where they are near the stop sign.
"Mhm that's the place alright. So now to get in get the paperwork then get out before are boss sees us and gives out even more work." Candy pulls into the parking lot looking for a place to park. "This place is unusually packed today, I wonder what's up? Oh there's a spot between the jeep and the- never mind it's a motorcycle." As candy eventually finds a place to park Silence gets out first feeling snow crunch between his paws.
"Geez.. it's colder than I thought. Hope it's not this way on the way on our trip.." Candy sighs and closes and locks the car door and makes his way to the front door and holding it open for Silence as he walks along the path with Candy. "After you."
Walking into the buildings large open lobby Silence walks up to the main desk. inquiring about the jobs that are assigned to himself and candy. Silence is given a file folder containing the documents that need to be signed. Grabbing a cup of coffee Silence joins you and watches the crowd that is filling the room.
Hopping in and cranking up the vehicle silence throws it into reverse and narrowly misses hitting the bosses car. "So where we headed somewhere in the woods right? Here tell me where to go." Silence hands candy the file as he pulls out of the over crowded parking lot.

"Any idea what's up with all those furs candy?"
Candy shakes his head. "No idea."

"Well guess I'm ready to get out of here" Silence downs the luke warm coffee and get up to leave when I paw on his shoulder stops him.

Candy looks at the paw on Silence, but can't see who it is. "Who is that?"

A harsh voice booms over the drone of the crowd. "who do you think I am?" Are boss pushes past a brown and white horse to stand facing us. "Where's the other one? The sheppy mutt? Oh well no matter. can you guys pick this up for me on your way back from your assignment? I need to eat more according to the wife." he hands candy a note saying to get him a large cup of milk and honey tea plus a three meat sub. "Ill pay you guys back when you get back here now get to work."

"You can go shove your coupon up your ass you dumb fat idiot" Candy uses sign language to himself.

Grabbing candy's arm silence half leads and half drags him out the door and into the snow.

Following Silence out the door, Candy looks at him. "What's wrong, Silence? You know he called Randy a mutt!"

"Ok well here's the main ranger station so what's the contacts name?" Pulling into a snow covered parking spot and getting out, silence walks around to open candy's door. Still thinking about a warm g-shep and a bed silence gets hit by a snow ball thrown from a moose kid in front of the station. "Ow that fucker had a rock in it" rubbing his now sore head silence opens the passenger door letting candy out.

"Thank-you Silence. You ok?" Candy asked Silence, tilting his head to see where he got hurt. "It's only a cut. You'll live. it's not like its poisonous, right?"

"I'm fine but the young these days, I'd teach him a lesson if I didn't know his dad Is who we need to talk to about finding this fur."
Candy looks to his right and sees a white faced fox with no eyes, mouth or nose. "Uhh.. Silence?" Candy grabs onto silences shoulder and signals him to look where I'm looking. "I think I saw something."

Silence looks but sees nothing and goes on about getting the file ready. "You sure you saw something?"

"Yeah. I'm sure." Candy looks to his right again and sees the figure again. It pokes its head out from behind a tree, making him feel all woozy and Candy falls to the ground and close his eyes after staring at it for 5 seconds.

Silence looks at candy "oh real funny candy, come on let's go finish this up so I can get back and get off work early"
Candy doesnt wake up and the static figured fox appears behind Silence and it rests its paw on his shoulder
Turning, expecting it to be the moose kid silence blinks as the white face stares at him. Stepping back silence trips over candy landing muzzle first in the snow.

Candy wakes up in a Dark forest, filled with trees. He spots Silence and rushes over to him and wakes him up, whimpering of fear. "Silence! Silence! Wake up!

Coming to silence looks around more irritated then scared and holding his still aching head "what happened? And where are we?"
"I-I Don't know. We seem to be in a dark forest. Hey! What's this?" Candy picks up a scribbled written note saying 'Find my lost pages, or die! Use the flashlights provided to look for them. Use the compass to find the locations. But beware of the Slender fox!' Candy read out. "What does this mean?!"
"It means I was right and are jobs are never as simple as they seem to be. If are boss is behind this and I don't get off work early so help me ill make his life miserable." Looking down silence sees two flashlights and picks one up.

"So, what do we do? Do we go and find these pages or..?"
Candy hears a terrifying growl and he yelps out and runs off without a flashlight, feeling very terrified.
Silence grabs the other flashlight and sprints after candy. The compass tells silence he's going the right way.
Candy hides behind a tree so he can be seen easily by silence and spots a page saying: 'Always watching. No Eyes'. "What the hell does this mean?!"
Silence finally catches up to candy and hands him a flashlight.

"So guess that's one page down next one is south of are current location,"
"How many do we find?" Candy looks at silence with an eyebrow raised.
"Idk it doesn't say but let's just get this game over with so I can get back to my snuggle buddy before he wakes up" following the compass silence heads south and looks for another page.
Candy hears noises in his ear and groans. "Dammit! This noise is a bother!"

"Keep up I don't want to leave you behind" silence yells over his shoulder at candy
Candy quickly rushes over to silence as he ran past a page: ' No, No, No, No, No' with the slender fox in the drawing and Candy picks it up. "Here's another, Silence." Candy holds it and waves it around

"Oh that explains why this thing was doing a full three sixty" ok well here you take this and lead on to seem to find the pages better then I do." Silence hands candy the compass.
"B-But.. Why me? I just spot them with the corner of my eye.." Candy pouts and slumps his arms.
"Would you like me to keep leading Is that what your saying?"
"Just because I see them, doesnt mean I have to have the compass. Im not good with them."
"But here's an easier way.. You lead the way, I help you spot them. I be your 'personal' guide dog. Gah, screw it." Candy grabs the Compass and looks at it and it starts spinning around a lot.

" Hehe it's going to be ok. I'm sure this is just a sick joke you know who we work for." Taking back the compass as it now points north east silence walks in that direction. "Guess we have to work together or else we fail"
"Well real or not no use worrying about it lets just get out of here shall we?" Walking along silence looks up finally and runs face first into the next page. Silence turns around so the front of the page faces candy. "What's it say? I can't read it"
It says "Leave me alone." Candy explained to Silence.
"Well lets not heed that and press on shall we?" The compass now pointing all directions quickly finally leads stops. candy and silence follow it west

"How does that make sense? First it says leave me alone and now it's saying help me. I'm confused." Looking at candy, silence grabs him and runs as the fox appears behind them again.
Candy spots it and gets dragged along the floor as he grabs me and his feet feel like they're burning across the rocky sand. "Silence! My feet hurt. You're running too fast!"
Silence stops to catch his breath and looks at candy. "Im sorry guess you were right, don't need that thing getting us. I am going to assume we are getting close to having all the pages or it wouldn't be after us like it is." The compass doesn't seem to want to work for silence as clearly as it had but eventually it stops and points south east.

"Lets go south east then. We can't sit around, silence! We need to hurry up!"
"I know I'm just still trying to put it all together and it's just not adding up. Hope there's time later if we make it." Setting out its not long before silence and candy find a cabin in the middle of a large cluster of trees.
No, silence. Not a good idea!
"It's probably where the next page is, or heck maybe its someone friendly. Not likely mind you but I'm going in with or with out you." Silence gives candy one last look and with quiet thoughts about the warm g-shep he loves silence opens the cabin door and steps inside leaving it open for candy.

"Look around, Sile-- Wait! Is that Randy?!" Candy points to the husky walking around with a flash ligh.
"Where?" Coming back out of the cabin with a white sheet of paper in one paw silence hands it to candy. "Did you see randy? Because if you did we have to get him out of here and fast"
"What colour is Randy again?"
"Tan and black normal g-shep colors. So did you see him or not?"
"No. this one is redish green."
"I don't know any like that but maybe we should go after it, maybe it knows more then we do?"
"Lets not trust anyone. It could be that thing in disguise."

"I'm not so sure but what does that paper i handed you say?" Silence looks again to the compass and then back up to candy.
"Don't look, or it takes you"

"What does it want are face? Well guess we need to find the remaining pages and maybe we will run into that green and red thing again. Damn this compass is annoying, can't just tell us where each thing is with out making us run circles around are selves. It says north from here"
Candy takes silence south and looks at the compass and sees the 6th page in sight and takes it "'Can't Run'? What is that supposed to mean?!"

"I don't know but I'm not gonna need to run if it wants a fair fight." Getting closer to candy silence trips over an exposed root and face plants at candy's feet.
"Shit!" Candy picks up Silence to his feet and get the 7th page

"One more page to go.."
Now moving with along and slowly getting sore silence follows candy tying to just get home just get back to the one good thing he had. " you sure this is the right way? Its been a while since we found that last page"
"We still need to look. It'll take a while... I hope not"

Standing up from the snow silence holds a white paper with nothing on it. "Aw damn it what's that mean? Is it a dud? A fake placed to throw us off? What does the compass say?"
Candy looks at the compass and shakes his head. "It's just spinning around."
"Let me see that" taking the compass silence looks at it and puts it on the paper in his left paw. It has no affect and the needle spins like crazy in all directions. "Well now I guess we just have to go some where and maybe the compass will read better as we go."

"Lets hope so. It'll fricken suck how it'll take us forever to get it!" Candy looks at the red and green thing again and its drawing close to us, it has a bloody red face and its eyes dislocated, staring right at us. "U-Uh.. Silence?" Candy quickly shakes his shoulder, whimpering.
"Candy here take the compass" as the thing draws near its appearance gets even more grotesque and the smell that follows it fills the air choking the unfortunate few that stray to close.

Candy starts to run away from the odd faced furry with silence, tugging his arms
silence finally gets his paws under him and runs with candy. the beast can be heard behind them giving chase as the sound of it draws near then suddenly stop and silence begs candy to slow down.
Candy slows down and looks at silence. "What's wrong?"

"I stepped on a rock a ways back but it should be fine, I'm just wanting to check the compass while we have a chance." The compass points in the direction we had just come from. "what do you make of that, candy?" Silence shows candy what it says.

"Good. It's working!" Candy follows the compass to where the last page is and it comes in both our sights and he picks it up"
"What does it say?"
"Just the slender Fox and some trees. That's it. This is the last page. We're finished." The slender fox appears behind us and grabs our shoulders and everything goes static. We wake up 1 minutes later and find ourselves in bed with Randy, panting heavily.
Looking around for a second silence wraps his arms around randy and hugs him extra tight grinning as randy hugs him back.
Candy snuggles both Randy and Silence

His eyes pressed shut Silence just keeps hugging randy for a long while before letting go slowly
