Beautifully coloured and baked to perfection this quiche will suit many a meal time from the kitchens of

Today I've made a quiche! :3
Dough:
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of butter
1 egg yolk
Filling:
2 whole eggs
3 tablespoons of curd cheese
2 small zucchini (or 1 large) chopped into slices
1/2 large tomato, chopped into cubes
1 onion, chopped into cubes
1/2 head of garlic squeezed
1 tablespoon of butter
salt, black pepper and oregano to suit kingdom
preparation:
Dough:
Add the butter and flour and mix with your fingertips until it forms a crumbly. Add the egg yolk and mix with your fingertips until it forms a ball of dough.
Do not knead the dough, but leave the gluten hard mass after baked.
With hands press the dough into the pan to open it and cover the bottom and sides of the pan, removing excess. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Filling:
Wash and chop the zucchini, onion, tomato and squeeze the garlic. Melt butter and fry the garlic and onion; before browned add the zucchini and season it with salt and black pepper.
Stir and cook over medium heat until the zucchini loose liquid and soften slightly. Pour onto a plate and let cool.
Beat the eggs with the curd cheese until smooth and season it with salt.
Take the pan with the dough, and place the zucchini in the bottom and pour the beaten eggs with curd cheese. On top place the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle oregano.
Place in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes or until golden brown at 250º
