A beautiful spicy saucy spaghetti mix from the kitchens of
confusedMusican
This is pretty much a simple and delicious recipe I just made it by my own!
What I used:
2 portions of extra thin spaghetti with eggs (those one in form of a nest)
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 of tomato sauce
4 drops of liquid pepper
1/3 tea spoon of sugar
A pinch of ketchup
Wine
Olive oil
First: The sauce
Cut the tomato and the onion the thinnest you can, then put them on hot water for 3 minutes.
Remove the water from them with a drainer. Put on a pan a pinch of Wine, doesn't need to be a lot, with a very little pinch of olive oil, and put the tomatoes and the onions (cutten) there to fry them. When they get purple and at the same time, golden, is it because it is done with frying.
Put the tomato sauce, the pinch of ketchup and sugar there. Keep mixing for about 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Second: The spaghetti
Put the spaghetti on a pan, put 2 drops in each nest so the spaghetti will acquire the taste of the pepper, add about 300ml of water and let it there for about 4 minutes, when the spaghetti is starting to be more flexible, mix it in the water for 3 minutes and then off the heat. Drain the water.
Third: The final!
Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, put some grated cheese upside it, and you're done!
For a nicer looking and tasteful time, why not some grape juice too? :3
And you're done! That is pretty much what I cook for myself.
Allergy warning – recipe contains dairy & egg products
