This is another character for my Shield of Art series. Akanda is a regular law biding dragon. But after the rebels hijacking of the supplies, police arrested him out of suspect for aiding them. He was taken to prison and fitted with a diaper that will explode if he leaves the perimeter. I know his face looks flat. If anyone has any information on how to draw snouts on animals, please tell me, I'm desperate.
