Yeah that's Sousuke Sagara, not sure WHICH Full Metal Panic it's from, as there's three series I can think of offhand.

Would you say it's worth watching?

Oh now that I hear the audio for context I know that's from Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu, which is a comedy-spinoff.

The original Full Metal Panic is good, more serious robitz-animoo. Fumoffu is a comedy spinoff. I think there's another "main" series after that, too.

I prefer Fumoffu just because the character Sousuke lends himself to humour better, but watching it without seeing the original series may lose you a bit.

All in all, I think it's worth watchin' tho'.
