Yeah, it's sad... My eldest rat even does a few tricks (which is more than what I can say for any of my dogs...), and most of them are so playful~ ( with Duchess being the exception... She's a "look but don't touch" pet...)

Every rat I ever had died from tumors. So sad. Yes, it is hard to lose them .

I don't think I could have any rats for the time being...I have a Shar Pei, and She wants to eat anything smaller than a cat .

Rumors seem to be the #1 killer of rats, everyone I've talked to has lost at least one rat from a growth... My rat included, ;_; that's one of the few downsides I can think of to them... They are so frail...

Yeah, they're so distractible that it can be near impossible at times XDD there are lots of videos on youtube of some REEEALLY cute tricks, if you wanted to watch them owo that's how I got started teaching my Ol' Shy Guy X3
