Yeah, Rachel-chu tends to not look where she's going when she's in a hurry, which in this case, meant ignoring a wet cement sign. Though the real question here is, WHO THE HECK POURS CONCRETE THAT DEEP FOR A FRIGGIN' SIDEWALK?!?
