Why does that General looks so darn familiar too me? He reminds me on Col. Steggart from the cartoon Bob Morane. Him or that other guy from a disney cartoon I forgot the name now. There was that secret base where they kept alies and the whole ting was called "The Alliance" and a guy in a suit called Taggart (looking like the G-Man) was the leader of it.
