I function best on 5-6 hours of sleep. Any more than that, and I feel awful for hours after getting up. Not tired, just awful.
It doesn't help that my circadian rhythm seems to be 27 hours rather than 24, regardless of how much sunlight I get. Getting sleep in my college years was pretty much impossible.

Yeah, this graph is now shifted one hour to the right xD adjusted for this year. My circadian rhythm doesn't seem to exist at all. I'll fall asleep at the weirdest times. Thrown off whack due to constant exposure to jet lag in my single-digit years. now I'm "immune" to jet lag... but can't sleep at a consistent time. I did inadvertently wake up at 6 today, though. Then I fell back asleep xD
