It really doesn't make sense that he isn't, when you think about it.
Throughout the series and the movies, Scooby and Shaggy eat about that much to make their bellies like that, then in the next frame or scene all that is suddenly gone and has absolutely no affect on their figure.

Yeah, Scooby needs this kinda of treatment, rather than to be in another force DTV movie that literally just comes off a episode of the show... if there WAS a show on at the time before getting canned after 2 seasons... but don't threat... they'll make more... they'll always make more...
And I realize something worst from the movie with Blue Falcon with those references to the other HB show... that's pretty much it for them. Now that Harvey Birdman is over, there is really nothing for them to do now other than either a cameo in Scooby Doo, or a live action movie "based" on them... they're pretty much as lost as continuity of DC comics before the reboot...
