Soooo... I know I didn't talk to anyone when I was making this, so I'm sorry if you don't like anything about it, but this is how I imagined the PAL base looking like. No, it's not a submarine, it's not a boat, and it's not a giant top. It's an underground facility used by the PAL research rescue teams. This would be where my character Taro works. There is one other facility just like this one, but it's a little bigger and designed to accommodate people. It's residential only and this one is work and temporary residential only.
