This is technically old. I drew it when I first started writing Reynard's back story, which is a short prequel to the book I'll hopefully write in the near future.... which will someday have a title other then "That Book I'm gonna Write Some Day"... i suppose the reason why i'm posting this now is so that the feedback will some how miraculous inspire me to keep writing...

Anyways, for this story, I noticed that red foxtaurs have been pretty much taken care of, as far as development and such, so I wanted to focus on another breed of foxtaur. I originally wanted to do silver foxtaur, since those are my favorite, but I decided to go with grey foxtaurs and forest stellar foxtaurs instead. So anyways, come meet the Sugar Creek villagers:

Right Top Corner: This odd looking tod is Reynard Whitetip. His mother, Filene, is a full blooded grey foxtaur, while his father is a red foxtaur. His parents met at the Winter Solstice Festival, so yeah, Reynard here is a festival baby. He doesn't know who his father is, but some traits he picked up from the allusive tod were his red foxtaur height, fiery red hue, and rich amber eyes. Oh.. and of course the white tip. Reynard has his master's pilots license, and is currently the captain of the F.S.S Serendipity, an exploration ship looking for new inhabited planets. His unusual strive for a foxtaur tod, and his scars, both internal and external, will hopefully be explained further in his narrative.

Left Top Corner: Deledra is constantly looking out for her younger brother. Unlike Reynard, she is full grey foxtaur. She is one of the huntresses of the village and a level champion archer.

Middle: This lovely red head is a Forest stellar foxtaur named Maple. Shi was born village along with a few others with a surrogate mother program, started by the federation. Maple is studying to be a biologist/environmentalist. Her mentor was studying the mutations of fish in the stream near her village, until she was tragically killed in a forest fire. Maple was distraught but now determined as ever to fufill hir dream.

Left bottom corner: Adalia is from a neighboring clan of golden foxtaurs. Her beauty and wit alone is more then enough to steal the heart of any foxtaur she meets. Because of her popularity, she can be arrogant and a bit of a tease. This uncanny talent to woe any tod she desired will lead to more trouble then she could imagine, resulting in her being brutally assaulted. But I won't give away too much ;)

Right bottom corner: This young vixen is Nirelle, the granddaughter of a couple of the elders in the village. I don't really have much back story for her yet, except that her view points are that of the villages, and she is very blunt when expressing them. Besides that, she is a bit obsessed with producing a male heir and is very picky on who she will mate with.
