Woot, a picture drawn more recently... and not in a doctor's office!
Is a fae / raksha character, with a 'light lance', the blade's made of light, makes perfect sense, doesn't it? Also, armored apron works, sure, why not? No real reason other than metal doesn't bend and that's why it makes good armor, not being flexible like that apron is, clearly...

edit: Oh, the little bubbly-light-things around her eyes, an attempt by the fae/raksha to have freckles, but kind-of confused it :)
