Here's the most recent tail commission I finished. It's primarily purple anodized aluminum scales, with a stainless steel underbelly. The fancy thing on this one that I hadn't had a chance to do before is, every scale down the spine has a laser-engraved design on it. (The commissioner had provided the design.) It's a kind of subtle touch, but I think it's really cool.
As specified by the commissioner, this tail is 31 inches long from the top of the belt to the tip of the tail, which is slightly shorter than my default length of 35 inches.
