with the new Z-brush I got some weeks ago I think it helped a bit here and there lol,modeled most of it in Z-brush and modeld the less complex parts in 3Dsmax2014(due to some annoyances with the shadows not casting in one of my other projects I'll have to finish Spinal Vs Jago in 2013(unless I can fix the problem soon enough)
