A character I came up with but never used for anything. He's an anthropomorphic tree, a Chinese Tallow, specifically. If you've ever seen one, they're also sometimes called Florida Aspen or Popcorn trees, they're very lovely....and also very invasive of other habitats, and really, really hard to kill....They're one of my favorites ^__^
